Variscalers - out of stock

The Variscalers are currently sold out and new stock is due in within a couple of weeks.

However, we cannot guarantee exactly when new stock will arrive so of course, if you have ordered by post and would prefer a full refund at any time just let us know (with your name and address) via email or on 0115 9559137 and we will post a cheque back to you immediately.

We apologise unreservedly for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Due to high levels of demand, some bespoke services do get booked up. We have a policy not to undertake work unless we can give it our full attention and give you, the customer, excellent service. This does mean that from time to time when demand is high, we have no option but to regretfully turn away further orders.

We apologise for any inconvenience but remind customers that orders for stationery, tableplans and boxed cards can usually be placed well in advance to ensure we can schedule your special stationery into our workload.

SPAM emails

If you receive SPAM emails which are apparently from us please be assured we have not sent them. We send occasional newsletters to our opt-in list and replies to queries but no unsolicited mailings are ever issued by us.

These emails are sent via spam bots based on some one else's computer. They randomly generate emails using other peoples email addresses. This is known as spoofing and is beyond our control.

All our systems are secure and free from all such known programs and viruses.
